The Ovarian Cancer Registry collects, stores and uses information and/or specimens from ovarian, peritoneal or tubal cancer patients for research.
All women with a history of invasive ovarian, peritoneal or tubal cancer.  This includes women who may or may not be currently undergoing treatment.

Inclusion of experiences from diverse women with ovarian cancer are likely to produce clinically meaningful results.
The Registry uses secure methods to keep your data private. Additional details about your confidentiality are described in the consent form.
An Informed Consent Form describes the study and must be signed for a person to join and participate in that study.
Research Forms collect information about our members, their lifestyle and experiences. Click here to see research opportunities for this information.
The Medical Release Form authorizes the release of medical reports and updates about your cancer, treatment and clinical outcomes to be submitted to the Registry for research.
You will be able to view, download or save copies of any information you contribute to the Registry.

The Ovarian Cancer Registry is being funded by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Inova Fairfax Hospital, the Inova Research Foundation, and the Gynecologic Cancer Center of Excellence (GYN-COE). The Ovarian Cancer Registry was initially funded and made possible due a donation from Mr. Robert (Bob) Yeary in memory of his wife Nancy Yeary who died of Ovarian Cancer.
